Who operates this website

Massimo Valente operates the HydroTrax website and is responsible for handling quote inquiries.

Quote requests

The quote form asks for your boat’s make, model and year, your email address, and an optional name and phone number. These details are used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the work you requested. Submitting a quote request does not sign you up for marketing.

How requests are handled

Requests are processed by Cloudflare and sent through Resend to Massimo’s Gmail inbox. These providers may process information outside Canada. Resend stores email content and delivery logs in the United States. The website does not maintain a separate database of quote contents.

Security and cookies

Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse. Temporary request counters help limit repeated submissions; they do not contain quote details. Hosting and delivery providers also process technical information needed to operate their services. The website does not include advertising trackers. RedirHub, which forwards the address hydrotrax.ca to www.hydrotrax.ca, processes technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details and provides traffic statistics.

Retention

Massimo periodically reviews quote inquiries and deletes those no longer needed for business or legal reasons, including copies in his inbox. Information held by service providers is subject to their own retention and backup practices.
